  • Books closed — final trial balance, no open suspense accounts
  • Bank accounts reconciled through year-end
  • Fixed asset register updated for additions and disposals
  • Receivables and payables aged and agreed
  • Inventory count completed and signed
  • CR and licences valid, including any QFC licence

Questions clients ask

Frequently asked questions

Can you audit QFC-licensed companies?

Yes. We are a QFC approved auditor and also act as a QFC tax agent, so we can handle the audit and the tax return for the same entity.

How long does a statutory audit take?

For most small and mid-sized companies, fieldwork takes one to three weeks once the books are closed. We agree the timetable in the engagement letter so you know the delivery date up front.

How are your fees set?

We quote a fixed fee based on the size and complexity of the entity, agreed before work starts.

Do you work with companies outside Qatar?

Yes. Through our network we support clients with operations across the GCC and Lebanon. Ask us about your specific jurisdiction.

What do you need from us to start?

Your commercial registration, last audited statements (if any) and current trial balance. We send a full document request list with the engagement letter.
